It was a big weekend in independent wrestling with major events, news and three Independent Wrestling Championship defenses.

Black Label Pro announced that they will be running a joint event with the Something To Wrestle With Podcast on March 9 in Crown Point, Indiana. The collabaration will see a live recording of the wildly popular Bruce Prichard and Conrad Thompson hosted podcast, as well as a full wrestling show from Black Label Pro.

Today we will highlight 10 under the radar events from 2018. These are shows that all offer something a little bit different, but may not have gotten the amount of buzz they deserved at the time of their release or are simply worth taking a closer look at again now that 2018 is in the rear view mirror.

Newly crowned Independent Wrestling Champion Orange Cassidy makes his first defense of the title this Friday night at St. Louis Anarchy's Gateway To Anarchy event, streaming live on IndependentWrestling.tv.

International women's wrestling star Shazza McKenzie was announced today for two events taking place as part of The Collective which is coming to White Eagle Hall in Jersey City, New Jersey from April 4-April 6.
