Subscription Questions

How can I cancel or stop my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at anytime, you will continue to have access for the remaining time left on your account's subscription. To cancel your subscription, complete the confirmation steps on the manage subscription page. If you subscribed via a third-party app store, such as the ones provided by Apple, Google, Roku, and Amazon, you can manage your subscription on the account management page of that store provider.

I was a paid subscriber in the past. How do I re-subscribe?

There are several ways to re-activate a paid subscription:

  • From your account: Sign in, open Manage Subscription, and click Subscribe Now.
  • From the subscribe page: Go straight to the subscribe page to pick a plan and enter your payment information.
  • While watching in a web browser: In Chrome, Safari, etc., try to play any subscriber video and choose Subscribe Now when prompted.
  • On your streaming device: You can also subscribe right inside the IWTV app on Roku, Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV, or Android TV / Google TV, through that platform's app store.

For an overview of all the ways to watch — subscriptions, gift cards, and pay-per-view — see our How to Watch page.

Video on Demand Questions

Some streaming videos stop, pause, or buffer during playback, what can be done to fix this?

Streaming issues are often either a temporary condition with the service or an issue with your network connection and Internet. These options may help determine if your issue is related to your current ISP (Internet service provider) and network conditions or correct issues with your local devices or services:

  • Reset the router and/or cable modem and then try again.
  • Unplug the power cord for your modem and/or router for about one minute.
  • Plug the power cord back in and wait until the flashing lights indicate that the modem and/or router have completely restarted.
  • Check your Internet connection speed to ensure it meets or exceeds the recommendations:
  • Recommended for SD quality - 3.0 Megabits per second
  • Recommended for HD quality - 5.0 Megabits per second
  • Perform a power reset or restart your streaming device.

Mobile, Roku, and App Questions

What set-top devices do you support?

We currently offer apps for Roku, Apple TV (4th generation with Siri Remote or newer), Amazon Fire TV, and Android TV / Google TV. While we do not offer apps for other platforms currently, many users have reported they are able to use the web browser on Samsung and LG smart TVs as well as many gaming consoles without issue.

Which OS/Build versions are supported?

IWTV apps are available for Roku, Apple TV (4th generation with Siri Remote or newer), Amazon Fire TV, Android TV / Google TV, iPhone and iPad, and Android phones and tablets.

For the best experience, keep both your device's operating system and the IWTV app updated to the latest available version. We support current and recent OS releases on each platform; a device too old to update to a supported OS may not be able to run the latest version of the app.

If your platform isn't listed, you can often still watch in your device's web browser at independentwrestling.tv. If you're not sure whether your device is supported, contact our support team.

PPV and Tokens

What are IWTV Tokens?

IWTV PPV Tokens allow users an option to purchase individual PPV events without requiring a subscription to IWTV. Live Streams and Video on Demand Replays may be offered as both part of the IWTV Subscription and as a PPV. If an event is offered as a PPV, you can purchase tokens from the website to purchase access to the PPV live stream in advance, or the VOD replay of the event. If an event is offered as both a PPV and a Subscription event (the vast majority of our events will fall under this category) and you have an existing IWTV subscription, you do not need to purchase the PPV for access to the event.

Some important notes:

  • IWTV PPV Tokens do not expire, cannot be transferred once assigned to an account and are the only way to purchase PPV events in this application.
  • IWTV PPV Token purchases are not always instant, tokens will be assigned to your account once your payment method is processed, it may take several minutes or even a few hours for token purchases to complete. Please be patient and be sure to allow for this processing time when purchasing tokens for an upcoming event.
  • ALL IWTV PPV TOKEN SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE

You can manage your token balance by clicking on "Manage Account" then choosing Manage Tokens. This is also where you will find your entire token transaction history.
