Live This Week: Uncharted Territory Season 2 Premiere, CHIKARA King of Trios & SUP in Nashville!
October is a huge month in wrestling and here at IWTV we are kicking it off with five big events this week!
The action starts on Thursday, October 3 with the first episode of the second season of Beyond Wrestling's weekly series Uncharted Territory streaming live at 8pm EDT.
The return episode will see Season One standout Thomas Santell compete against AEW star Orange Cassidy, Nick Gage battle former Independent Wrestling Champion Kris Statlander, New Japan star Lance Archer take on Josh Briggs and Beyond stalwarts Chris Dickinson and Wheeler YUTA go toe-to-toe. In addition The Discovery Gauntlet will return as "Red Death" Daniel Garica looks to continue his winning ways and defend his weekly spot on Uncharted Territory against Matt Makowski.
The following evening on IWTV, Chikara's King Of Trios 2019 kicks off in Reading, Pennsylvania. The weekend long tournament, billed as the the biggest in all of pro wrestling, features some of the top talent on the independent scene today competing in the prestigious King Of Trios tournament, plus the Rey de Voladores touranament and more.
This year the field of Trios teams includes the likes of Team Pump (Scott Steiner, Jordynne Grace and Petey Williams), Nerder Death Kill (Thomas Santell, Nick Gage and Kris Statlander), the return of The Embassy (Jimmy Rave, Prince Nana and Sal Rinauro) as well as CHIKARA staples F.I.S.T. and The Colony.
Days One and Two of King Of Trios will air LIVE on IWTV on Friday, October 4 and Saturday, October 5 with both events starting at 7:30pm EDT. Day Three will air on Sunday, October 6 on a brief delay, following Southern Underground Pro's "You're Next" which streams LIVE at 3pm EDT.
"You're Next" will see new IWTV Independent Wrestling Champion, Warhorse, defend his title against the long time number one contender Craig Mitchell, SUP Bonestorm Champion Brett Ison put his title on the line against current Action Wrestling Champion AC Mack, and more.
