I'm unable to login to my account. How do I get a new password?

You can request a new password using our automated reset password system. You just need to provide your account email address and a password reset email will be sent to you via email allowing you to update your password. If you are unable to access the email account tied to your IWTV account, contact our support team and provide them with the information you used to create your account and request their assistance updating the email address tied to your IWTV account.

How can I cancel or stop my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at anytime, you will continue to have access for the remaining time left on your account's subscription. To cancel your subscription, complete the confirmation steps on the cancel subscription form. If you subscribed via a third-party app store, such as the ones provided by Apple, Roku and Google, you can manage your subscription on the account management page of that store provider.

I was a paid subscriber in the past. How do I re-subscribe?

While signed into your basic account ON A WEB-BROWSER (like chrome/safari/etc) try to play a video. Go through "subscribe now" to update your information and re-activate your paid subscription.

How do I update my payment method?

If your subscription is active: Update through the "Manage Subscription" tab in your account settings

If your subscription is in-active: Go through the process to Re-Subscribe.

Some streaming videos stop, pause, or buffer during playback, what can be done to fix this?

Streaming issues are often either a temporary condition with the service or an issue with your network connection and Internet. These options may help determine if your issue is related to your current ISP (Internet service provider) and network conditions or correct issues with your local devices or services:

  • Reset the router and/or cable modem and then try again.
    • Unplug the power cord for your modem and/or router for about one minute.
    • Plug the power cord back in and wait until the flashing lights indicate that the modem and/or router have completely restarted.
  • Check your Internet connection speed to ensure it meets or exceeds the recommendations:
    • Recommended for SD quality - 3.0 Megabits per second
    • Recommended for HD quality - 5.0 Megabits per second
  • Perform a power reset or restart your streaming device.

To link your Roku streaming device to your IWTV account, first create your IWTV account on our website. Then add the IWTV app to your Roku account. When you first launch the application, your Roku device will display a code to enter on the website allowing you to link your IWTV account to the device. While the code is displayed, visit https://independentwrestling.tv/roku, if you are not logged in, you will be prompted to login to your account first, after logging in, enter the code displayed by your Roku device and click "Link Your Device To Your Account", in 30-60 seconds the system will automatically link your Roku device to your account and complete the login process automatically.

How do I link my Apple TV to my IWTV account?

To link your Apple TV to your IWTV account, first create your IWTV account on our website. Then add the IWTV for tvOS app to your Apple TV account. When you first launch the application, the app will display a code to enter on the website allowing you to link your IWTV account to the device. While the code is displayed, visit https://independentwrestling.tv/apple, if you are not logged in, you will be prompted to login to your account first, after logging in, enter the code displayed by your Apple TV and click "Link Your Device To Your Account", in 30-60 seconds the system will automatically link your device to your account and complete the login process automatically.

What set-top devices do your support?

We currently offer apps for Roku, Apple TV (4th Gen with Siri remote or newer), and FireTV. While we do not offer apps for other platforms currently, many users have reported they are able to use the web browser on Samsung and LG smart TVs as well as many gaming consoles without issue.
