In 2018, Beyond Wrestling debuted a new event entitled Please Come Back. The theme of the show was simple but also groundbreaking. Regular members of the Beyond Wrestling roster hand picked opponents who had never wrestled at a Beyond event before. The goal was to showcase fresh talent against some of the top stars on the scene and let the fans decide who they wanted to see return to Beyond.
Please Come Back was widely praised at the time, perhaps most notably for being the Beyond Wrestling debut of Kris Statlander. Statlander competed against John Silver at the event in a show stealing match that helped kick start her meteoric rise.
On Saturday afternoon (1/25) at 2pm EST, Beyond will present the second Please Come Back event live on IWTV from Foxborough, Massachusetts. The event is packed with rising stars, top talent from other regions who have never appeared on a Beyond Wrestling event, and some wild cards. As was the case with the first Please Come Back event in 2018, all matches feature Beyond regulars taking on hand picked opponents, and the new talent are all competing not just for future opportunities in Beyond, but to see who will be independent wrestling's next breakout stars.
Here is the lineup for Saturday afternoon:
