Weekend Wrap-Up - Orange Cassidy Defends The Independent Wrestling Championship At ICW New York's IWTV Debut

It's Monday which means it's time to review the news and notes from the weekend that was in indie wrestling.

  • ICW New York made their IWTV debut on Friday with their Party And Bullshit event. The show saw Nick Gage defeat Scott Steiner in the main event, as well as Orange Cassidy successfully defend his Independent Wrestling Championship against Chris Dickinson. Party And Bullshit is available now on demand.
  • NOVA Pro Wrestling held their Ain't That A Kick In The Head event on Friday night in Annandale, Virginia. In the main event Alexander James defeated Logan Easton LaRoux, reclaiming his spot on the NOVA Pro roster in the process. The card also saw Harlow O'Hara defeat Joey Ryan and Kris Statlander pin Veda Scott. Ain't That A Kick In The Head will be available on demand here on IWTV soon.
  • Game Changer Wrestling's They Said It Couldn't Be Done event was this Saturday night in Atlantic City, New Jersey. The show featured Japanese death match legend Jun Kasai defeating Alex Colon in the main event and also saw GCW announce that they will be holding two shows in Japan later this year on Thursday, August 22 and Friday, August 23.
