Mack vs Slamovich World Title match scheduled for March 4
IWTV Independent Wrestling World Champion, AC Mack, will make his next defense of the title on Friday, March 4 against the new Pro Wrestling Illustrated-sanctioned number one contender, Masha Slamovich.
The match will take place at ACTION Wrestling's "The Movement Begins" event in Tyrone, Georgia, the site of Mack's championship victory.
The champion is coming off of a huge weekend where he won the rights to Season Four of Uncharted Territory for the Southeastern independent scene by defeating Willow Nightingale at WWR+'s Galentine's Day Massacre in an impromptu title defense that ended in controversial fashion.
Voted the 2021 Breakout Star Of The Year by IWTV subscribers, Slamovich has been on a roll in recent months, picking up victories over indie wrestling legends Kimber Lee, Mickie Knuckles and LuFisto. She was named the number one contender by PWI this week.
The match will be the third title defense of Mack's championship reign.
